#runningsolo...

for the past few weeks, i've been running on my own.  nike, my running club, became a magnet for a lot of runners.  getting into one of their registered run is as tough as getting a ticket to a big concert.  once they post the runs at 3 pm on sunday afternoon, in less that a few seconds the slots are max to capacity.

i figured that since i do run on my own most of time even when i run with a group, might as well learn to run solo.
