for someone who runs on average between 25-30 miles per week, i would consider myself a very healthy, active person. i try to eat healthy food whenever i can but being an asian, rice is part of my diet...lots of rice. my BMI is great, my BP is normal, even my DR is now happy that I'm in the best shape since i became his patient.
so why do i feel like $#!+ every time i see this damn poster on my way to work every single freakin morning...

just kidding. i'm happy that i'm healthy and that's what counts. heck, i completed a marathon, so take that!!
