a small gift from italy...

my eldest niece just came back from her 8 days educational trip in europe. they went to paris, florence, milan, and then rome.  not really sure if i would call it educational trip since they did it during spring break....and only those who can afford.  sorry, but it's just the bitter me talking.

during my high school days in the philippines, the longest trip i've taken was a 3 days excursion to a rectory where you join the priest and nuns (yes, i went to a catholic school).  you were suppose to repent for your sins but we all know, for high school kids, it does not work.

  1. I went to an all-girls school. But we didn't have overnight trips. :( Affordable pa naman sana kahit 2 nights pa. hehehehe.

  2. I went to catholic school also - 16 years of it (grade school, high school [all girls], college.

    when I moved out of my parents house in 1977, catholicism was the first thing I threw out the window. I want no part of h8 and stupidity.

    but anyway, the key chain's cute and i must say it has character.
