i was suppose to do 22 miles this morning but decided to do only 20 miles (that's 32 km to anyone outside the US).  i started early in the day to avoid the brutal heat from the sun.  luckily, it was cloudy all day.  i am not a fast runner by "running" standard but I can hold my speed pace the while running.  can't wait for my training to end.  i need a break.  really...
