no excuses...

i was suppose to be heading to Niketown this early morning to do long run with my running group but I got up late (i woke up a few minutes past 7 am).  i've been tired most of this week so i guess my body is just telling me to relax and slow down.  but instead of staying in bed, i decided to change to my running clothes and head to the park near where i live.  glad to complete an 8 miler and a negative split run.
