ok, here's the deal about the ube cake. this was actually my 2nd attempt...but this time, i tried to put butter icing. i am not a pastry chef nor an amateur pastry chef. i don't even know how to cook. i had a day off today due to a holiday - Shavuot (one of the perks working for a jewish organization). i got bored and since i still have enough ingredients to bake i cake, well as you can tell, i decided to make one. i would have opted to my favorite babana-nut muffin but i only have one banana left and no nuts (laugh but keep it to yourself).
